The Sakura Pigma Brush Set offers you a wide range of colors to do your outlines with. Sometimes if you are doing outlines you don’t wanna use black for outlines because it’s to harsh for the picture you are creating. You maybe wanna use something like a dark brown or maybe even something which is very similar to the color you wanna fill the shape with. The Sakura Pigma Brush nibs guarantee that your outlines are more dynamic because of variable thickness.
But outlines is not the only thing you can use them for. These are also very nice for lettering!
For a short test I drew a line using the black brush onto a piece of paper and let it dry for some seconds. Then I went through it using alcohol markers. The black line was staying in place and not smearing! So it’s true, you can use them for outlines 😉
